- Workspace & Project Data: Client lists, project milestone Gantt timelines, daily site photos, material BOQs, vendor invoices, and support tickets uploaded by your studio team.
- Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and login timestamp logs necessary for system security and audit trails.
2. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation
Pixel Vistora enforces strict multi-tenant database isolation. Each interior design firm's workspace data is logically partitioned by a unique tenant identifier.
- Your studio's client data, BOQ calculations, and financial records are completely private to your workspace.
- Other design firms or unauthorized users cannot access, view, or modify your studio data.
- We never sell, rent, or trade your studio's client contact lists or proprietary project information to third parties.
3. How We Use Your Information
We utilize collected information strictly to provide, maintain, and optimize our interior design ERP platform:
- To initialize and host your custom studio workspace (e.g.
yourfirm.pixelvistora.com). - To generate studio-branded PDF reports for Gantt schedules, material BOQs, and GST invoices.
- To send automated account alerts, milestone status updates, and subscription billing receipts.
- To provide 24/7 technical support and prevent security threats or system misuse.

We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards. All web traffic is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 / SSL encryption. Database backups are taken daily and stored securely.
